Chakra Journey

An 8 week journey to explore the chakras at a deeper level than what they mean and represent. Actually going into how they are showing up in your life. Includes a chakra clearing with a guided meditation and a sound bath. Make an essential oil blend to go along with that chakra for you to keep.

We meet in person every Saturday at 10:00am, and material included to keep exploring this chakra during the week. You can sign up for one chakra or the whole course, since one chakra does connect to the next, one block can open up a truth in the other.

What does safety actually feel like in your body?

Before we can truly grow, we first need to understand the ground we're standing on. Together we'll explore the beliefs, emotions, and experiences that have shaped your relationship with safety, belonging, trust, and stability, discovering that your foundation isn't something you search for outside yourself, but something you cultivate within.

Sacral Chakra Class

When was the last time you let yourself fully feel without trying to change what was there?

We spend so much of our lives trying to fix, suppress, or make sense of our emotions. This week invites something different, to become curious. As you begin listening instead of resisting, you may discover that every emotion carries intelligence when we're willing to listen.

Solar Plexus Class

What does confidence actually feel like in your body?Together we'll explore confidence, boundaries, self-worth, and the stories that shape how you see yourself. Rather than becoming someone new, this week is about remembering the strength that has always existed beneath fear and self-doubt.

Heart Chakra Class

How do you know when you're loved? Not because someone tells you, but because your body recognizes it. Together we'll explore the ways you've learned to give, receive, protect, and withhold love and what it feels like when your heart no longer has to stay guarded.

Throat Chakra

What part of you has been waiting to be heard?

We'll gently explore the moments you've stayed quiet, softened your truth, or questioned your own voice. Together we'll cultivate the courage to express yourself from a place of authenticity rather than fear.

Third Eye Chakra

When was the last time you truly trusted yourself? Deepen your relationship with intuition, inner knowing, and perception. We'll explore the difference between fear and wisdom, learning to trust the quiet intelligence that already lives within you.

Crown Chakra

What remains when there's nothing left to prove? Our final week is an invitation into presence. Through meditation, reflection, and sound, we'll explore surrender, connection, and the spacious awareness that reminds us we are part of something greater than our thoughts alone.
